“Motherhood encompasses so many things, but women must never forget that their health and self love always comes first to give they very best to their families. Being mother can be quite a challenge sometimes, especially when it comes to healthy food and eating habits for the working mother.
As food stylist Jess Perotti and I were looking how to make healthy foods fun and delicious, we thought of quick and unique recipes that can be made in a pinch for busy moms. Breakfast being one of the most important meals of the day, Jess made a delicious blueberry acia smoothie-bowl complete with grainy and fruity toppings.
She also made the best energy booster (even better than coffee) a mother can drink that doubles as detox water. Being a mother requires plenty of energy and time spent with their young ones – opting for healthy meals and habits allows mothers to make every memory filled with joy, laughter and energy!” Daniela, Photographer
