“My husband and I are expecting our first child in June. We feel overjoyed and incredibly blessed for this little life we created together. We wanted to document this special moment in our lives, not only for us to look back on years from now, but to share this journey with our child as he or she grows up. We chose the beautiful rolling hills of Briones Regional Park (outside of San Francisco) for the backdrop of our photos. Our session with Samantha felt so comfortable – like we had known her for years, even though we met for the first time at this shoot. We love her use of film photography and the light and airy quality of her photos.
