“My husband and I always knew we wanted to have a family. We were so blessed to welcome our first baby girl Olivia Jane this past year. So far motherhood has been incredible. Yes, it is truly a selfless act and lot of work, but it is so worth it. Olivia brings me so much joy. It is so fun to see her curiosity for life, her sweet nature, and unconditional love. From my perspectuive, motherhood is a continuation of a legacy of faith and family. It is a representation of the love I have for my husband amplified as we get to raise our children and continue our story.” Becca, Mother
“When Nashville mom, Becca, found out she was expecting a little girl the thing she looked forward to the most was the opportunity to watch her grow from a baby to a woman. Little did she know every day of being Olivia’s mom would exceed her expectations. “Just when I think I’m so in love, my heart has more room to grow.” says Becca. As their photographer I wanted to honor the season Becca and Olivia are experiencing. The milestones are many the first year of life. Not a month goes by without change, making everyday even more precious than the last. Inspired by the soft colors of spring and the sunshine of summer, this session pays tribute to the changing of seasons in life and in Motherhood.
My appreciation for motherhood photography has grown with each new baby I have had. When I found out I was pregnant with my fourth son I knew that it was time to transition my business to focus on the heart of the mother. Shooting families like Becca’s are a conformation that this is what I am supposed to be doing. The love that she has shown Olivia since she was born is brought out with each one of her smiles and I don’t think I will ever get tired of witnessing moments like those. I hope that with each session and each milestone photographed I am providing snippets of time for moms to be able to fondly reminisce.” Grace, Photographer
