“Emily Browne of Browne and Towers helped me conceptualize and plan this maternity shoot for our attendees at Thrive Workshop in hopes to encourage a thrill of inspiration and creativity for maternity and lifestyle photography. We chose Meadowlark 1939 for its ethereal European garden vibe, but were particularly drawn to the greenhouse as inspiration for this shoot.  Thrive Workshop is hands-on workshop for digital and film photographers; a true hybrid experience. This editorial was designed as a Provincial Greenhouse lifestyle maternity session with an organic yet modern relaxed morning tea in the English garden–– a joyful celebration of life.

The elements of this shoot were elegant and intentional. Butterflies were incorporated as a representation of the journey of pregnancy into motherhood, symbolizing the metamorphosis of growing life similar to how the greenhouse serves as a cherished home for thriving life.”  Shauna, Photographer
