“I never knew I wanted three girls, but now that I’m living it, it feels like a dream come true. Being able to capture that, especially while they are still so young and dependent on me, means the world to me. I will forever look back at these photos and remember how much we’ve always loved being together. Holding each other, and embracing one another. Stephanie was able to capture that in such an intimate way, that made it truly a once in a lifetime experience, and now because of these photographs, I get to relish in those moments forever.

Motherhood was actually something I took for granted the first two times, as the physical act of becoming a mother for me came so quickly and easily. That all changed with baby number three. We suddenly had unexplained infertility and tried for our sweet babe for over 3 and a half years. It was during that waiting season I realized just how special and delicate the calling of motherhood is. The waiting helped me treasure my current children more. And then, the Lord graciously gave us the gift of our third child, it was almost as if I was experiencing motherhood for the first time all over again. Her being long awaited has made everything about her and our experience together so much more precious, and despite all the heartache it took to get to her, I’d choose nothing else.

I’m particularly picky of photos of myself. It’s not often I love a photo if I’m in it. However, there was not one single photograph that Stephanie sent that I didn’t love. My mind was blown with how many images she was magically able to capture of myself that I loved. Although that’s just it isn’t it, it wasn’t magic, Stephanie is just that good.” Rachel, Mother

 

“The almond blossoms only bloom in the Central Valley for two short weeks and it is such a magical time of year. It’s marks the beginning of Spring for us- a season of new growth and new possibilities.
